Sijainti oli hyvä, ei varsinaisesti kaiken ytimessä, mutta kävelevälle ihmiselle hyvän etäisyyden päässä keskustasta. Pysäköinti talon alla suojassa ja yhteys hissin kautta asuntoon oli parasta mitä voi olla. Hyvää oli myös asunnon tilajärjestelyt jos ei haittaa se että parisänky on toiselle nukkujalle seinää vasten.

I recommend it for larger groups and families......excellent place

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, the property is clean, and bright, nearby to the old town and definitely easily walkable 5-10 to the heart of the downtown. The host was very kind and communicative, very easy check in. Lots of stairs but worth it for such a great apartment.

When we arrived at night it had a creepy vibe to it. Abandoned building right next to it added to the factor. Very spacious and good bathrooms, but the floorboards were squeaky and we had problems with the WiFi.

Clear instructions with pictures and descriptive texts from Martina. We checked in pretty late but all the info that Martina gave us was accurate. We didn’t need anything extra.

The appartment had everything for a short stay, including things that most hosts forget, like salt, coffee capsules and laundry detergent. The city center is easily reached by foot and the appartment is located at a quiet residential neighbourhood.

We stayed here for 2 night while on a roadtrip and we enjoyed our stay. There is free parking on the inner court of the apartments. While it looks busy there, we were always able to find a spot. Entrance to the building and apartment with an app worked fine. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which is ok, only a bit annoying to carry the suitcases up. The apartment is nice and the beds were good. The pillows weren't great, but thankfully we have our own in the car. We didn't check if there were any other ones available in the closets somewhere though. The airconditioning didn't do much, but thankfully opening all the windows in the evening helped cool down the place quickly. It's in close walking distance to the city center, 10-20 minutes depending on where you are going. The neighborhood is quiet. The host always responded quickly to messages and even checked in to ask if everything was good and if we needed something. Would recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect, The apartment was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for the stay. the host was incredibly helpful, sending a list of parking, pharmacy, shop and coffee shop close. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great experience!

Tolle und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage ist top, unmittelbar am Tiovli und gleichzeitig ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist bedingt durch ihren Schnitt relativ dunkel, das stört aber nicht, da man den großen Garten mitnutzen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl.

Martina is an amazing host: responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from everything you might need: shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel welcoming. Martina’s hospitality really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

We love our stay at this Apartment. It’s perfect with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet local neighborhood within short walking distance to the historic center and just a few blocks to the river. Groceries store is just around the corner as well as bus stop. Thank you again Martina for hosting us. We hope to be back.

Everything was wonderful! We really loved this place.

Comfortable room, full of character. Some of the staff members were kind. Unique stay. Nice juice and tea in the rooms, lovely and surrounded by nature. Castle is a nice visit.

Alles super. Sehr einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, die Lage fanden wir super, weil nicht direkt im touristischen Stadtzentrum aber sehr nahe.

Prácticamente todo. La ubicación (se encontraba a apenas 10 mn del centro en agradable paseo junto al río), un apartamento bonito y la atención por parte de los propietarios fue en todo momento cercana.

Great stay. Nice studio with everything what you could need for yourself and your dog. Nice parking spot, with comfortable access to the studio. Clean, spacious enough, fully equipped kitchen(we didn’t use it but there was really everything), nice balcony, good bed. We have to stay just overnight, but if we will come back to Ljubljana, will stay at this property for sure.

Eine Zeitreise in die 50iger trifft es ganz gut 🙂 Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig und sauber Die Lage ist top und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt vor der Tür erleichtert den täglichen Einkauf. Super Preis / Leistungsverhältnis! Kaffeemaschine haben wir keine gefunden.

We had an excellent stay at Martina’s apartment. Check in was very easy and straightforward, the apartment was spacious with everything we needed. It was quiet and clean. It was a short 10-15 min walk to many restaurants and coffee shops, with bike rentals nearby as well.

De locatie

The apartment was great because it was very close to the city center. There were tons of restaurants within a few minutes walk. The biggest bus station was also fairly close to the apartment, so that served us well when we took a local bus in from the airport and we took a charter bus out to a neighboring nation. The shower was nice because the water pressure was good and the water was hot, although the shower head was at an odd angle. The only negatives I had were that the apartment does not have a living room or dining room (the only communal space is the small kitchen) and there is a church bell that rings outside every morning, which is very difficult to sleep through.

Martina was proactive and responsive. I was having trouble with the WiFi and she talked me through it. She also made suggestions for restaurants and cafes.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The location was perfect. Althoygh we did not meet any for tbe staff they were very helpfull when we contacted them.

Spacious, comfortable and clean. Martina was very responsive and provided really useful information about what was in the local area and clear instructions for checking in and out.

Top Lage, ruhige Gegend, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank, alles da, was man braucht. Preis/Leistung passt für Ljubljana auf jeden Fall. Bei einem Problem wurde uns über die Vermittler Agentur schnell geholfen.

Castello e camere veramente belle, il posto è caratteristico, immerso nel verde e vi si arriva dopo aver percorso una 15ina di km in mezzo ai boschi. Le camere sono disposte in batteria lungo un ballatoio di accesso in legno. L'arredo è veramente particolare, predominanza del legno e colori marrone/bianco/rosso. Abbiamo visto sia la camera doppia, che l'appartamento con 5 posti letto. La prima ben disposta e accogliente. L'appartamento veramente bello, spazioso, con una zona adibita a zona giorno, con angolo cottura e divanetti.

Great place for family or bigger group of friends near the center of the city. House a bit older but clean are spacious. The location is a big plus, as it's really close to everything. We have also appreciated private parking with lockable gate. Definitely recommended and hopefully will come back again! Thank you for hosting us!

Very nice place! We enjoyed a lot

Our stay at Martina's apartment was perfect in every way - clean, warm, comfortable and best of all the location which is 2 minutes from the river and Spar. We fell in love with the neighbourhood and only wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to return one day.

Arredamento moderno e funzionale, pulizia accurata, ampio orario per il check in. Posizione tranquilla, supermercato limitrofo. Bel paesaggio. A 10/20 minuti da due splendidi parchi termali

Nous avons bien aimé l’appartement et le quartier qui à la fois tranquille et près du centre piétonnier . Martina a été très rapide pour répondre à toutes nos questions . C’était très propre et agréable. Nous avons apprécié beaucoup notre séjour à Ljubljana.

The apartment was fantastic, very comfortable and quiet, extremely well equipped, very near the old part of town.It was easy to use the entry codes on my phone. The hosts contacted us to see if we needed anything, we didn't but we appreciated the messages.

Very smart and clean, with good facilities. Great location, and good size.

All has great. Also very nice and soothing for the little kid. We will be coming back here for sure :)

Clean and modern apartment which was very convenient for the old town. Quiet area, especially at night. convenient grocery store 2 mins walk away.
